PRESIDENT AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Our aim for the GOWDEN USA platform is to clearly showcase our commitment, driven by the vision of Mr. Guy A. Hans, to prioritize development and human dignity in all our endeavors. We are focused on addressing global challenges by building robust urban, suburban, and rural communities that offer long-term improvements for everyone. This includes peacefully delivering humanitarian assistance, upholding human rights, advancing education and healthcare, protecting the environment, facilitating habitat construction, and promoting sustainable development.

GRACIA MIRACLE HOUNGBEDJI

GOWDEN USA REPRESENTATIVE IN REPUBLIC OF BENIN

Gracia Miracle HOUNGBEDJI is a professional in the field of humanitarian aid and international development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a master’s specialized in international cooperation and humanitarian aid, and has completed her training with certifications in emergency education and humanitarian and development project management.

Driven by a desire to improve the living conditions of vulnerable populations, including disabled people, disadvantaged children, and refugees, Gracia acquired solid experience in the field.

In particular, she was a facilitator on the “Inclusive education for disabled children in the Abomey-Calavi commune” project, and later piloted the “Access to microcredit for disabled women in Abomey-Calavi” project.

Gracia Miracle HOUNGBEDJI is currently Country Representative for GOWDEN USA in Benin, where she continues to contribute to improve the living conditions of vulnerable populations.

Samuel LELANO

GOWDEN USA REPRESENTATIVE IN GUINEA CONAKRY

Mr. Samuel Lelano, appointed representative in Guinea Conakry in 2022, is an accomplished professional in the field of environmental law and science, with a professional degree in mining law, giving him solid expertise in the legal aspects of mining and environmental protection. He also pursued his studies to obtain a Master 2 in Environmental Science, consolidating his understanding and commitment to current ecological issues.

Prior to his appointment as GOWDENUSA.org Representative in Guinea Conakry, from 2019 to 2021 he successfully led the “Les Petites Pousses” project, a consortium initiative of the NGOs Mining and Green Space (Guinea) and Scienteama (France), to promote reforestation and environmental education.

In 2021, Mr. Lelano also held the position of Chairman of the Democracy and Legal Reform Commission of the Guinea House of Associations and NGOs platform. In this role, he worked to improve legal frameworks and promote democratic values within Guinean civil society.

As a representative of GOWDENUSA.org, Mr. Lelano pledged to continue his work for environmental protection and sustainable development in Guinea Conakry.

Mr BENEDI MUNDONGO BEN

Deputy Director/Program Manager. GOWDEN in Republic Democratic Of Congo.

Critical second-in-command, Overseeing operations, Project Execution to ensure goals. Bridge Strategic Vision and Operational Reality, Managing Risks, Communication and act with the Direction. Assisting the Country Director and Direction in Tracking Project from Conception to Completion, Including Planning,and Performance Management. Strategic Support: Advising the Country Director and the Direction. Works in constant collaboration with the President and Country Director.
